Every SnapVeed license is perpetual: pay once and it’s yours for as long as you use the app, including all future updates — there’s no renewal and no expiration. Each plan activates on a fixed number of devices at a time (1 for Standard, 2 for Pro, 5 for Studio); if you replace a Mac or want to move SnapVeed to a different machine, you can release and reactivate devices anytime from your account page, with no limit on how often. Technical support is included for 12 months from your original purchase date. See the License Agreement for full terms, including our refund policy.

No — it’s a one-time purchase. Pay once and the license is yours for life, including all future updates, with no recurring fees.
All three include the exact same features. The only difference is how many devices can be activated at once: 1 for Standard, 2 for Pro, 5 for Studio. Pick whichever matches how many Macs you’ll actually be using SnapVeed on.
From your account page, open the License tab and remove the device you want to free up, then activate SnapVeed on the new one. There’s no waiting period and no limit on how often you do this — your plan just determines how many devices can be active at the same time.
Every plan includes 12 months of technical support from your original purchase date. Your license itself never expires — that window only applies to direct support from our team.
